History

2006-07: In his WHL rookie season, Koper appeared in 50 games for the Spokane Chiefs.  He picked up two goals and three assists in those games to go along with 14 penalty minutes and a -3 rating.  In 5 playoff games for the Chiefs, he registered no points or penalty minutes and was a -1 for the series.

2007-08: Koper played in 69 games for the Chiefs, scoring 12 goals and adding 14 assists.  He picked up 45 penalty minutes and was +17 for the season.  In the Chiefs march to the Memorial Cup championship, Koper played in 21 games, netting four goals and adding five assists.  he had 14 penalty minutes and had a +3 rating.

2008-09: Koper continued to improve on his totals from the previous season.  He appeared in 71 games for the Chiefs, picking up 23 goals and 36 assists to go along with 57 penalty minutes.  He was a +31 for the season.  In the playoffs, Koper played in 12 games, scoring three goals and adding seven assists as the Chiefs failed to defend their title.
