History
The Winnipeg native played with the Lincoln Stars for the 2006-07 season where he scored just over a point per game. He suffered an ankle injury and missed half the season in order to undergo surgery for the injury.
2007-08: Entering his second season with the Lincoln Stars (USHL), Gregoire nearly doubled his points from the previous season, finished with 69 points (37+32) in 54 games. He added an additional 12 points (3+9) to his total in eight playoff appearances. Named the 2008 USHL Player of the Year and the Forward of the Year
2008-09: Freshman at North Dakota.
